We first spoke to Citrus Financial as we wanted to review our pension pots and put a retirement plan in place. We had pensions with various companies and a number of different types of pension schemes. Craig helped us by review them and deciding how best to consolidate them so we could have an income in retirement.

Our main concerns throughout the process were whether we had enough in the pot to retire and whether we would be able to maintain our pensions to ensure we didn’t need to draw down on the initial funds we had. Another concern was whether we were choosing the correct funds to invest our pensions in and that the charges for the management would be reasonable and appropriate. Obviously, this was an anxious time as so much depended on the outcome.

Even though the process took a long time, not due to Citrus Financial, we have retired and are drawing down on our pensions comfortably and the last review with Craig saw a positive impact on both our pots which is very promising.

Craig always gives us the appropriate time to discuss our options and is always very thorough in his responses. We also appreciate his knowledge of the financial market. Nothing is ever too big or small for him and we are always treated with respect. The customer service has also been second to none on every occasion.

We now feel much more confident that we are in safe hands having our pensions looked after by Craig at Citrus Financial. If there were any downturn in our investments he would be in contact immediately and advise us on the appropriate way forward.

Even though it was a lengthy process, we are now happy that we have taken the appropriate steps and were given the correct advice along the way.
