Richard has worked within the financial services industry for more than 30 years at both a local and a national level, predominantly within retail and commercial banking. He has performed a number of client facing and leadership roles within a corporate environment. Prior to joining Citrus Financial, Richard was head of a large-scale change and transformation programme, leading a team based across the UK in one of largest ever bank IT transformations within Europe.

Richard joined Citrus Financial in 2020 as a member of the leadership team, to help create and deliver the strategic vision for our ambitious growth plans.

Away from work, Richard spends a lot of his time as an ‘unpaid’ taxi driver, ensuring his son can get to (what feels like is a never-ending list of) clubs and sporting events. He also enjoys long family walks and has spent a number of years transforming a very overgrown garden, which now looks only marginally better than it did when he started nine years ago!
