Phoebe Mills joined Citrus Financial in January 2025, bringing over four years of experience in the financial services industry. She previously worked as an adviser at a pension advisory firm, where she began her career as a trainee adviser. Phoebe’s dedication and ambition to help clients saw her qualify in November 2023, earning the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and proudly becoming the company’s first female adviser.

At Citrus Financial, Phoebe is using her technical knowledge to support advisers across the business while working closely with Karen and Mark. As a Technical Administrator, she plays a key role in helping advisers and ensuring the highest standard of advice and service for clients. Looking ahead, Phoebe is actively working towards becoming a Financial Adviser with Citrus Financial, continuing her professional development within the firm.

When she’s not working, Phoebe enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with friends.
