Kelly has worked in the banking and financial services profession since 1988. Prior to joining Citrus Financial, she held various positions with Barclays, including managing a team within Mortgage Customer Relations. She started with Citrus Financial in 2012 as Practice Manager and PA to David Braithwaite.

Kelly has been a key figure in the growth and success of the business and now holds the position of Operations Manager. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Client Services team, and our advisers receive the support they need to provide great customer service.

In 2022 Kelly was highly commended in the ‘Woman of the year’ category at the Women In Financial Advice Awards.
