Nicky joined Citrus Financial in the summer of 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Her career began in 1989, working across various areas of financial planning, including pensions, investments, and protection. Nicky chose to specialise in mortgages and protection in order to make a real difference to her clients’ lives.
Her expertise covers the full spectrum of mortgage needs, from guiding first-time buyers on their initial steps, helping homeowners save money by remortgaging or funding home improvements, to assisting landlords expanding their property portfolios. Nicky also ensures her clients are well-protected against unexpected events, providing peace of mind alongside financial stability.
Known for her dedication, Nicky values spending time with each client, understanding their personal goals, and ensuring every stage of their mortgage journey is clear and straightforward.
Outside of work, Nicky enjoys family life with her husband, Walter, and their two grown-up children. Recently, she welcomed twin grandsons, and loves spending quality time with them. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends and walking her two little dogs, Harry and Mylo.
