2. Instruction Meeting
If you decide to go ahead, your adviser will gather all the necessary details and instructions. This will include executors, beneficiaries, and any specific wishes.
3. Drafting Your Will
Your instructions are passed securely to The Will Writing Company. Their legal team will draft your will and send it to you for review.
4. Finalising and Signing
Once approved, your will is ready to be signed and witnessed correctly to make it legally valid. We’ll explain this process to ensure it’s done properly.
