Jenny successfully completed the financial advice qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) in 2021, having already built a strong career in financial services. At that point, the opportunity to step into an adviser role didn’t align with her circumstances, but the drive and ambition were always there.
Since joining Citrus in 2023, Jenny has spent the last two years working closely with our Managing Director, David Braithwaite, supporting many of his long-standing clients. During that time, she’s built strong relationships with the clients she’s helped, learned the Citrus Financial way of delivering advice, and truly embraced our high standards of client service.

With more than seven years’ experience in the profession, Jenny is known for her calm, patient and client-focused style. She places clients’ needs and goals at the heart of everything she does, and her move into an adviser role is a natural next step.
Having supported clients behind the scenes and alongside David, Jenny has made the decision that now is the right time to start advising clients directly. We’re proud to support her in taking this step and confident that many of our clients will benefit from the care, clarity and professionalism she brings to her work.
