Location: Near Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience) + yearly incentive scheme
Hybrid working available (minimum four days per week in the office after probation)

At Citrus Financial, we are looking for a Client Services Support professional to be a key part of our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, diary management, and supporting a Financial Adviser in delivering outstanding service.
About the Role
Your main focus will be to:
- Manage the ongoing advice process, contacting clients to schedule their annual ongoing advice meetings and ensuring these happen every 12 months.
- Follow up persistently with clients to book meetings, coordinating diaries and managing schedules efficiently.
- Provide key administrative and business support to our Principal Adviser, helping them maximise their client-facing time.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties, ensuring seamless communication and first-class service.
- Maintain accurate client records, assist with research, and help prepare financial recommendations.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who has:
- Experience in a relevant role within financial advice or financial services (e.g., client services, financial administration, paraplanning, PA to a financial adviser).
- A fantastic telephone manner – confident, professional, and engaging.
- Persistence and resilience – you’re comfortable following up with clients and managing multiple interactions.
- Excellent organisation and diary management skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings between clients and advisers.
- A proactive mindset, able to take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client records and documentation.
- A desire for a role with a great work-life balance, possibly after working in London and now seeking a local opportunity.
