Gianna joined Citrus Financial in July 2026 as a Client Services Administrator, bringing experience from customer service and administrative roles. She plays an important role in supporting our advisers and ensuring clients receive the high standard of service Citrus Financial is known for.

Often one of the first people clients speak to, Gianna’s friendly, calm and organised approach helps ensure they feel welcomed and well looked after. She enjoys getting to know clients and being part of a team that supports them throughout their financial planning journey.

After completing A-levels in Finance, Media and Criminology, Gianna initially continued her studies before deciding that she wanted to begin her career in financial services. The opportunity to join Citrus gave her the chance to start building practical experience within the profession, and she is keen to continue developing her knowledge as her career progresses.

Outside of work, Gianna is a keen horse rider and accomplished show jumper, having represented Great Britain as a junior. She also enjoys going to the gym, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
