We’ve Updated Our Client Feedback Process – Here’s Why It Matters

At Citrus Financial, your feedback has always been at the heart of the service we provide. It helps us understand what we’re doing well, and where we can do even better.

Until now, we’ve used a short feedback survey that we created in-house. While this gave us useful insights, we know we can do more. That’s why we’ve moved to a new feedback system powered by VouchedFor, the UK’s leading review platform for financial advisers.

This new process is designed to give you a stronger voice in shaping the service you receive from us.

What’s Different?

  • The new feedback form is a little longer, but it’s far more insightful.
  • It focuses on the areas clients care most about, such as trust, clarity, responsiveness, and value.
  • Your comments will be reviewed both by our team and independently by VouchedFor, helping us benchmark ourselves against the best in the industry.

What to Expect

After your next meeting or advice session, you may receive an email asking you to leave a review. The email will come from Citrus Financial, but it will be sent on behalf of your adviser — for example:

“David Braithwaite has requested that you leave them a review on VouchedFor.co.uk.”

Please rest assured, this is a genuine and secure email as part of our new feedback process. Your responses will be anonymised unless you choose to share your name.

Why Your Feedback Matters

By taking a few extra minutes to complete the new survey, you’ll be helping us understand what truly makes a difference to you. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to improve and ensure you feel better off from having met us.

Thank you in advance, feedback genuinely makes a difference.
